Pp Insula Hotel - Phi Phi Don

The location was central, just a quick walk to the pier. The owner was kind. I appreciated that they provided daily room cleaning and left fresh towels and bottled water outside my door. I enjoyed the double room with a balcony. It added a nice touch of comfort. The bed was cozy. On the downside, the air conditioning could use a boost. It didn't cool the room as effectively as I had hoped, especially during the warmer days. Noise from late-night partiers disrupted some of my relaxation. It was a good budget option for exploring Phi Phi, but a few upgrades would enhance the experience further.

Stayed for 7 nights, the hotel was ideal and reasonably clean, it had unbeatable and nice location in the center of the village. The staff and the owner were all excellent and helpful. Location: the property was short walk to grocery stores and restaurants and also the pier, and the food market. Tried some takeout specials at Monster Burger, luckily it was not very far from the venue...

An really good budget-friendly option! Just a short stroll from the pier, this spot was impeccably clean and featured friendly staff. Each day, fresh towels and bottled water were left outside my door, highlighting excellent service. Plus, being distanced from noisy bars ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Absolutely a great choice!

Absolutely loved the made-from-scratch meals at nearby Unni's Restaurant and the unique dishes at Cosmic Restaurant! Plus, the family was super pleasant and friendly, and early check-in just sealed the deal!

The hotel is a great budget option.

I encountered a few issues. The air conditioning was not very effective. I noticed some bugs entering from the balcony door, quite uncomfortable. Finally, some aspects of the room seemed outdated, lacking the freshness that would enhance my overall experience.

A lovely small hotel tucked away from the nightlife, ensuring restful sleep after daily adventures. My room was spacious and tidy, equipped with an effective shower and all necessary amenities!

The price felt slightly elevated for what it offered, and although the atmosphere was generally peaceful, some areas appeared less maintained than expected.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend rest in Phi Phi Don with extraordinarily good value for money. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room comfortably cool. Try to grab a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. the daily cleaning kept our room spotless, and we enjoyed watching Netflix after a long day. The only downside was the room being less luxurious than photos suggested, but we’d definitely come back!

A pleasant experience with a spacious room and effective air conditioning. The helpful staff were pretty good with great service, even helping with tour bookings. Close to the pier yet removed from the nightlife was great. Occasional noise from the street could disrupt peace, and the bathroom had minor maintenance issues. It would have been ideal to have a bit more attention to detail in cleanliness overall.

I stayed at Pp Insula for 2 nights and it blew my expectations away. The location was perfect-just a minute from the pier and super quiet at night. Plus, the owner was kind and even mailed back my forgotten pants, which impressed me.
